Terms and Conditions JomKis — Platform Rules & Policies

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and jomkis ("Platform", "we", or "company"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, games, and all services provided by jomkis under the domain jomkis.win. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions takes effect from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using the JomKis platform in any form — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface provided — means you have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies and guidelines published on our platform from time to time.

Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition for use of the platform. jomkis reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 2 User Eligibility

To register and use the jomkis platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a territory or jurisdiction where the use of such online entertainment platforms is prohibited.
• Not have had an account previously closed or suspended by jomkis due to a terms violation.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

JomKis reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is found that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account will be forfeited. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously and maintain a zero-tolerance stance on this matter.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jomkis platform. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances including unclaimed wins.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. Required information includes your full name as per your identification card, an active phone number, and a valid email address. JomKis reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all account login credentials. JomKis will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 4 Deposits & Payments

Jomkis accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including online bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered under your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deduction of processing fees.
• Jomkis is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Deposits that have been used for betting cannot be reversed.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Jomkis is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically credited to the recipient's account within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen method.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — the name must match the name on your jomkis account.
• Deposits that have not yet met the associated bonus rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• JomKis reserves the right to request additional documents (such as bank statements) to verify a withdrawal request if deemed necessary.

5.2 Daily Withdrawal Limit

The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM 100,000 per account. For withdrawals exceeding this limit, please contact our support team in advance for special handling.

6 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by jomkis are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met before any wins or bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
• JomKis reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through improper means or abuse.
• If there is any suspicion that a bonus has been misused, jomkis reserves the right to withhold withdrawal until the investigation is complete.
• Unused bonuses will automatically expire after the specified validity period.

7 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the jomkis platform are subject to the specific game rules for each game type. The following general rules apply to all wagering:

7.1 Valid Wagering

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• JomKis reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market affected by a technical error or odds error.
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled sports match, bets will be refunded in accordance with the relevant market rules.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market are clearly displayed within the game interface. JomKis reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including account-specific limits based on individual betting patterns.

7.3 Game Results

All game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system or by live dealers in Live Casino games are final. jomkis will not entertain any dispute regarding valid game outcomes unless there is clear verifiable evidence of a technical error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JomKis platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate games, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Unauthorised Software Usage: Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any unauthorised tools to play.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account to gain bonus advantages or circumvent limits.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Submitting fraudulent chargeback claims after a deposit has been used.
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to unauthorisedly access the system, database, or another user's account.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by JomKis

JomKis reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• If an account is found to have been registered using false information.

9.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, provided there are no outstanding breaches of terms.

10 Liability Limit

Jomkis provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, jomkis is not liable for:

• Any service disruption caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses incurred as a result of wagering decisions made by the user.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Jomkis reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email with a notice of at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except for changes required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the jomkis platform after the effective date of any changes will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
